# Features — AiScriba Recruitment Agency

Outbound AI screening calls, custom knockout and scoring questions, 24/7 inbound candidate line, interview booking with calendar sync, candidate CRM with CSV import and pipeline analytics.

## 1. Outbound Candidate Screening

Upload your applicant list and the AI calls every candidate within minutes, introduces the role, and runs the full screening conversation on your behalf.

## 2. Screening Questions & Scoring

Define the knockout and scoring questions for each job. The AI asks them consistently, records the answers, and scores each candidate against your criteria.

## 3. 24/7 Inbound Candidate Line

Applicants who call back get answered instantly, any hour. The AI handles role questions, application status, and screens walk-in callers on the spot.

## 4. Interview Booking

Qualified candidates are offered open interview slots from your recruiters' calendars and booked in real time, with confirmations and reminders sent by text.

## 5. Candidate CRM with CSV Import/Export

Every applicant, call transcript, score, and interview lives in a built-in candidate CRM. Import spreadsheets in one click and export shortlists to your ATS.

## 6. Pipeline Analytics

See reach rates, qualification rates, time-to-shortlist, and interview show rates per job and per recruiter, so you know exactly where each pipeline stalls.
